Shipping Policy

We deliver across India. Every order is packed and shipped by Nutri World from Sadar Bazar, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.

Free same-day delivery in Jhansi. Orders to an address in Jhansi city (PIN 284001, 284002 or 284003) are delivered the same day, free of charge, whatever the order value. Visit our Jhansi store.

Shipping charges

  • Jhansi city: free same-day delivery on every order.
  • Rest of India: free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping charge of ₹50.
  • The shipping charge, if any, is shown in your cart before you pay.

Delivery time

  • Jhansi city: the same day you order.
  • Rest of India: usually 3–7 days, depending on your PIN code.
  • Remote areas may take longer. We'll let you know if we expect a delay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we share the courier name and tracking number with you. You can also see your order status in My Account, or message us on WhatsApp (+91 83182 53916).

Payment options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
  • Other payment options, if available, are shown at checkout.

When your parcel arrives

Check that the outer box is sealed and undamaged. If it looks tampered with, you may refuse delivery and contact us. Record an unboxing video when you open the parcel. We need it for any damaged, wrong or expired item claim. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
